  The unique shape of this heating pad is nice in that you can use it in many different ways. The cord is longer than most and it has timed high and low settings. The only negative about it for me is that it is heavier than a simple rectangular heating pad. Yet overall I like it because of its shape and how quickly it heats up and if I fall asleep , the timer shuts it off.

  I take fish oil all the time for my auto immune diseases. This one is a large gelatin capsule. I have only used it for a few days but New Chapter is a good brand for me and so I think it will work accordingly. I usually only take one at a time but I started this with 2 capsules at once and got fish burps. Therefore I am going to take one two or three times daily to eliminate this effect.

  I would never buy this product again, I felt nothing for the 72 hrs after taking this pill. The package promised to be ready anytime up to 72 hrs after taking, well that wasn't true in my case. A whole lot of nothing happend, I might as well have taken a sugar pill. Very disappointed with this product.

  I have been using this product for 2 weeks now and it seems to curb my hunger especially within the first several hours after I take it. I still get hungry but I seem to be satisfied with much less food. I have not weighed myself yet because I am one of those people who only lose weight if I exercise and I am not exercising currently due to a knee injury. Sometimes this does give me raspberry burps but other than that I think they help.
