  • got eyebrows?

    as others have said, the magnification side of this mirror is very difficult to use. you have to get up really close to the glass and there seems to be a lot of distortion at any angle. still, it is difficult to find a lighted mirror with 12x magnification so i'm sticking with this one. the sole purpose for purchasing was to have an uber powerful mirror for use when grooming my eyebrows. it's perhaps it's only use. i can get up close enough to see every. last. hair. i can easily flip it over to the "normal" side so i can see how i need to shape them. i think this is a good option for an eyebrow fanatic. not much use for it otherwise.

    The mirror space is very small and hard to focus. We thought the LED light would be brighter and easier to see with, but it's not. I will stick with the 10 magnification and stay away from the LED next time.

    I really like the L.E.D. lighting. It's very natural looking. The back side, 15X magnifier, is so curved you can't see anything unless you put your face so close it touches it. You can' apply make up or tweeze eyebrows because there is no room for hands or make up. I plan on returning it.

    I was looking forward to getting this mirror, and was extremely disappointed once I opened the box. The whole thing just looked cheap, like something you'd find in a dollar store from China made as a copy of a quality item. The light was so dim, it may as well not have had one. I sent this back immediately. I am very disappointed that Overstock would carry an item such as this. Don't waste your time or money.

    The product was made well, but the 15 magnification is impossible to look into unless you are "literally" an inch to 2 inches. You had to have you face right up to it, then it was hard to be still enough to use it, as it distorts when you move. Being that you have to buy it and open it to experience this, then I had to pay $$$ plus to send it back. So, time and money spent to find out you can't use it or give it away!!
