I was very excited to get this curling iron - my first Chi. I first noticed the auto-shut-off didn't work, but I wasn't used to that anyway. It curls my hair, but after using it for 2 weeks, it's still awkward for me to use. Don't know why. I've curled my hair for years. It's awkward to wrap the hair around the barrel.

Works very well! only problem is that my hair is too short for the thickness of the barrel so its a little difficult for me to curl it the way I want but does not take away from the amazing quality of this product! looove it!

This product is pretty good for the price. Heats up quickly. My only problem is that I'm not sure how to use these but I'm sure they'll show the beautiful outcome of using them once I figure it out.

Best purchase! I bought it for my mother and she loved it. I tried it out and had to get one for myself. Heats up quickly and the curls stay in all day.

It seemed it would work on thicker hair, but would not work on my long thinner hair.
