  I saw this curing iron being advertised on TV. It looked so easy and quick. It does not work and extremely awkward to use. A regular curling iron will work and be faster than this. The buttons are hard to work and my hair did not curl. I sent this back as it was worthless. Do not buy this curling iron. I wsh I had been warned before I bought it.

  I bought the CHI thinking It would leave great soft curls but wrong ...its worse than using a cheap curling iron.

  The only thing I don't like about these rollers / clips is that they're almost too hot to handle when you pick them up. Otherwise, they do just fine. I haven't had the "ridge" in my hair from the clip, so I must be clipping it right.

  I prefer the no-heat setting for use with the brush since the heat can burn head when used with short hair.
