I got this for my wife and she loves it. Works perfect. It even cost last then the one it replaced.Read More
I got this flat iron after replacing two cheaper flat irons in the last two years. Unlike those cheaper flat irons, this one is of better quality without being heavy. The heat that it generates is not even in the same ball park as the cheaper models. It gets hotter, straightens better and my hair feels smooth and soft afterwards. One of my previous models had a graduated heat controller on it, and this one does not. I did not think I would like that, but I relized that because my other one never got as hot, I kept it turned all the way up. So I did not mind that this one has no heat adjustment. Also, when I finished straightening my hair with this one, it was without any frizz at all - just like when I go to the salon. I would highly recommend this flat iron on initial uses. I am interested in seeing how it holds up over an extended period of time. I'll keep you posted!Read More
This is a great iron. It's easy to hold, easy to use, and my hair looks great when i'm done! Plus, it looks cooler than any other iron I've ever owned!Read More
It takes my daughter half the time to straighten her hair compared to her old iron. She only has to go over each section 2 or 3 times compared to 5 or 6. I also don't see any split ends. I would say this iron is much better for the health or her hair than her old one. I also like the long cord. It makes it easier to do the back of her hair.Read More
I like Corioliss flat irons, but not sure this one gets as hot as it should.Read More

Best Pillow-top Mattresses for Back Pain
The key to a good night's sleep when you have chronic back pain is as simple as choosing a good pillow-top mattress. Choosing the best mattress involves knowledge of your personal needs and preferences. To get a comfortable night's sleep, start by choosing a pillow-top mattress made from the right materials for you. Next, choose your preferred thickness. Finally, have firm sleep support underneath the cushions of the pillow-top. Below, you'll learn the best pillow-top mattresses for back pain. Choose the materials: Pillow-top mattresses are made from a variety of materials, so choosing the one that is right for you can make all the difference in the world. People with muscle pain should consider down pillow-top mattresses, which provide a cocoon to sleep in. Those with back issues will generally prefer memory foam pillow-top mattresses, which conform to the body and offer consistent support to areas like the lower back. However, it is important to check the manufacturer's information regarding the recommended weight allowances for these types of pillow-tops. Consumers who are heavier than the recommendations may find that the pillow-top cushion compresses in uncomfortable ways, leaving the mattress lumpy. Determine the thickness: Pillow-top mattresses come in a variety of thicknesses, from just 2 inches to 8 or more inches deep. Like choosing the right materials for your pillow-top, choosing the right depth is vital to getting a good night's sleep. Thinner pillow-top mattresses will allow more of the support from the remainder of the mattress to come through and will not develop body indentations as pronounced as those in a deep pillow-top. Pillow-top mattresses that are too soft may fail to provide back support and cause an increase in back pain. However, deep pillow-top mattresses are excellent for customers who suffer from fibromyalgia or other chronic pain. Check the warranty: Just as you would with any other purchases of its size, check the warranty of your pillow-top mattress. Most manufacturers will provide limited, pro-rated replacement warranties for manufacturer's defects, and some will provide a "comfort guarantee." Others may have specific conditions that must be met in order to maintain the warranty, such as having a boxed spring by the same manufacturer. Take note of any special conditions for the warranty and keep the paperwork. View All Mattresses Back to Guides Directory View All Mattresses
Best Vitamins for Fighting Fatigue
If you're feeling fatigued, your diet may be to blame. A lack of the proper vitamins can leave you tired, even after a good night's sleep. If you find yourself struggling to keep your energy up throughout the day, then you might consider adding vitamins and supplements to your daily routine. Adding vitamins and supplements to your diet can help you fight fatigue and feel more energized. Vitamin A. Vitamin A is an anti-stress vitamin. If your body can't deal with stress properly, you tire quickly. Vitamin A maintains the health of skin, plus the mucous membranes lining your digestive tract, bladder, mouth and lungs. Vitamin A also aids in the production of T cells, which improve your immune system. When your immune system is healthy, you feel more energized. In addition to supplements, you can get more vitamin A by consuming more eggs, spinach and mangos. Vitamin B. Vitamin B is best when taken in the form of a B complex, which includes folic acid, B6 and B12. Vitamin B helps regulate hormones and metabolism. Getting enough vitamin B helps your body efficiently process food and turn it into energy. Vitamin B can also improve your mood. Vitamin B is especially helpful in treating pre-menstrual fatigue and mood swings. B-complex vitamins and fish oil capsules can help your body get enough vitamin B. You can also find high levels of vitamin B in meat, lentils and potatoes. Beer is also a surprising source of vitamin B, though alcohol can limit the body's absorption of vitamins, so consume alcohol in moderation. Vitamin C. Vitamin C is crucial for maintaining your immune system and fighting viruses. Infections, even those unapparent to you, can cause fatigue as your body uses energy to fight them. Vitamin C is also helpful for iron absorption. Because iron deficiency, or "anemia", can result in fatigue, vitamin C is an important part of an energy-packed diet. Fruits and fruit juices are high in vitamin C, as are a wide range of vegetables. Vitamin C supplements are also a great way to get enough vitamin C. Vitamin E. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant, which means that it limits cell damage throughout the entire body. Vitamin E is also necessary for a healthy immune system. Supplements and multivitamins containing vitamin E can boost energy, and vitamin E can also be found in nuts, wheat germ, fruits and vegetables. NADH. NADH is a coenzyme. NADH aids in breaking down food and converting it into energy. If you're lacking NADH, fatigue is often a symptom. In addition to supplements, NADH can be found in fish, poultry and meat. Gingko Biloba. Gingko biloba is an extract from ginkgo leaves. Ginkgo biloba is often used to increase energy levels because it has been shown to increase blood flow in the body. Ginkgo biloba is also an antioxidant. You can find ginkgo biloba supplements or purchase teas and other drinks and specialty foods that are infused with the plant.
