I love this. You have to remember to turn it on when you are getting ready to take your shower or bath. It is great having a nice warm towel when you get out of he shower. I ordered one for my mom for mothers day.

I sent this towel warmer to my son, and his wife, and they are both thrilled with it's performance. Two large towels fit in the compartment comfortably, which is perfect for them.. They like the idea they can also use them when they get out of the hot tub in that cold Pennsylvania winter weather. I'm delighted they're enjoying their gift.
My husband puts his towel in and it's all warm for him after his shower. I have also used it to warm up a towel to put on my back. Also, one of my cats loves it. He thinks it's his new home. We are careful with him in it, but he thinks we bought it for him.
As another reviewer noted, this towel warmer does not get things really really warm. However, the convenience of having a portable, small unit compared to the hassle and expense of a wall hung rack makes it perfect for me. I use it for a light blanket; it's great for that. You could move it to the nursery for baby blankets or to the sickroom for warming a bed jacket when you just need some old-fashioned comfort. I feel pampered--and at a much lower cost than the alternatives.
I have always wanted a towel warmer, but did not like the hanging rack style. I thought this one would be perfect. I read the reviews prior to purchasing, I had planned on buying one for myself and another for my sister. I am glad I only bought one. It warms the towels, but not enough to be worth the money I spent and definitely not enough for it to be the gift I was planning on.
I love, love, love this towel warmer! There's nothing more luxurious than stepping out of the shower into a warm towel or robe. I am so happy with mine that I bought one for two my adult sons (and daughter-in-law) and another for a friend for Christmas. It's compact, about the size of a bread maker, so it doesn't take up much room in my small 1950"s era master bath. I considered a wall mounted warmer, but found them to be too expensive and kind of ugly. I would strongly recommend this product for inexpensive luxury!
I love the towel warmer but have had a few problems with it. The on and off switch is not working properly and there has been moisture inside the unit which the manfacturer /Conair confirmed is not normal. I have requested a return and am awaiting Overstock's return instructions.....
