not perfect
I have another Connair flat iron, this one was purchased to be used over seas. it is not as strong as I hoped it to be and the turn on button is place in a bad spot where you would usually put your finger, which causes it to turn off.

I love everything about this straightener except the fact that it takes a while to heat up.

Great value
When my CONAIR 1.75" straightener finally died after many years, I couldn't find another one so I bought a different brand. I did not like it as well so then I bought an expensive "professional" one. Still didn't like it as well as my old one. Then I saw this one and bought it. It is not exactly the same as my old Conair, but for the price, it's really good. It is the only one of the 3 that has instant on and can be used on wet or dry hair and is the only one I use now.
