Heats well but blue sleeve is cheaply made. I purchased this product because my old heating pad was not a moist heating pad and I was told by my doctor to get a moist heating pad, because it will provide me more relief for my back pain. The unit heats very good, the control switch works really good and is much better than what I have on my old heating pad, but the blue fabric is not that great and it stays closed with one small cheap plastic snap that after a few uses will not stay snapped anymore and the pad constantly comes out of the blue sleeve. If this had a decent fabric sleeve with good snaps I would've given the product a 5 star rating. In my opinion, the price dictates it should have a decent durable fabric sleeve with a "few" secure snaps on it.
