I ordered a 12x makeup mirror. When it came in my wife didn't like it because it was 7x with2"diameter insert of 12x that was stuck to the 7x side of the mirror. It's right in the way!Nowhere on your web page did it show a picture of this insert. I even emailed Conairto ask if it would just pop off easy. Two weeks now and no reply. I don't understand whysome people won't answer emails,letters or viocemails.

For the price it goes above and beyond my expectations..looks chic and serves it's purpose. will probably get another one and give as a xmas present to my niece

I can't get too excited about a mirror I use to seek out imperfections, but it looks nice and the mirror quality is fine.

I love this unique design. It is sturdy and clear. Great price..I need to get more before they sell out.

I looked for a long time trying to find a mirror that was of good quality and a good price. This one is by far the best value for money. I am Very Pleased with my purchase. It is exactly how it is described, the mirror is large and has a range of movement that is good. The only thing I was surprised about was the 12x is actually a mirror about 3" in diameter insert , not the whole of one side like the 7x is.

I really love this mirror, it is pretty and stylish. However it does not have lights, and this is something that I miss in it.
