    Have to try it to appreciate it. Once I got it positioned right and got used to the hardness of the massaging balls it has been a real treat! The hardness of the balls is not my favorite for a plain backrest, but it does help me with my posture when sitting at my desk using the computer.

    I love this Shiatsu Massager. I work in retail, there is a lot of bending over tables to fold the cloths, and straighten up the table. I hurt my back doing this. What happened is the muscle on my right side lower back tightened up. It hurt like holy hell whenever I moved or tried to get out of bed. What I needed to do to correct this, and get my lower back, back to normal was to do an exercise to strengthen my back, and get a good massage each day to loosen the muscle. This is a perfect massager, it can be used with or without heat. It feels as if a person is actually massaging your back, it is pretty strong and feels so-o-o good. At least to me. As for my back, it is at about 95% now. A friend suggested that I go and get a professional massage, but I decided to get this instead. I am so glad that I did, now, there is no need for a professional massage. :-)
