    I got this when I noticed back pain from sitting in my office chair all day. The cushion offers a massaging feature that I used quite a bit in the beginning but now I only use occasionally. I find that just having the pillow against my back helps quite a bit. I only wish the strap on the back was more secure. Sometime the pillow slides down the back of my chair.
