Phone is 2 months old. Mom is 95 with bad eyesight & wears a hearing aid. There were too many buttons close together for her to see them so she never made a call. The sound quality was poor for someone with a hearing aid. She originally just pressed the speaker button when a call came in but that button doesn't work anymore. The called ID feature is very small & mostly unreadable for someone who was older & had poor hearing & eyesight.

I was very pleased with the preformance of the phone. The key pad is easy to see and the automatic audable feture is wonderful. I highly reocmmend this phone to anyone with a sight or/or hearing disorder.
