Good Phone

amplified phone
this was purchased for my father in law who has hearing aids. it works quite well for him whether he has the aids in or not. the ringer can be heard all over the house so he doesn't miss any calls. it was exactly what we wanted and needed and we are very glad that overstock carried it.

Great phone but needs light to announce a missed c
The phone itself is all that was advertised but even though the display will announce a call waiting, I am use to a blinking light to advertise that I missed a call. It is a very good machine and the instructions are simple.

ClearSounds A55 Amplified Cordless Phone
I bought the phone for my 92 year old mother who is hard of hearing. She always complained of not hearing when I or my sister telephoned her. After setting up the phone's ringing and hearing volumnes and tone, I telephone my sister who had an extended conversation with my mother. Not once did she complain about not hearing. A good purchase!
