i was very pleased with this iron. i don't flat iron my hair that often, but it is important 2 me to have a good quality iron to prevent damage. this iron never overheats and just a few swipes gets the hair straight( i have very tightly curled hair-3c). the price was ideal as i had seen it in retail stores for up to $20-25 more!

Bought this for my granddaughter, she is very please, she has long curly hair and it straightens it with no problems at all. It is much better than the ones you can buy at the beauty supply store. I have been very pleased with everything I have bought from Overstock.com. I highly recommend anything they sell if you are not pleased they will refund your money. I have bought all of my Christmas presents from them for the last 2 years and other things in between. Thanks for being there Overstock .com, when I in the market for something thats the first place I go and usually find what I want at a very reasonable price.

I have been straightening my hair for the past three years of my life.I also have experience with styling others' hair in my free time.This flat iron is thus far, THE best flat iron I have ever used.I bought it last August (2008). It was worth every single cent. To this day I still use it. Its results are absolutely amazing, extremely shiny, silky, and soft (WITHOUT protectant or any other styling products).If you're going to buy a flat iron, I most definitely recommend this one.

The smaller the better! This CHI is ideal (3/4 or .07 as the box says) since it has better heat distribution.

I have gotten so many complements on my hair since I've been using the Chi! This thing really is as good as they say. I shopped around quite a bit online looking for a good deal on one of these, and nobody was even close to having this product at this price; so the fact that I was able to save so much and get it at such a great deal on overstock is a big plus! Before buying I read other reviews about the product ,and for everyone that says they loved it and it was the best I have to say now that I have mine I completely agree. I'm amazed the way it get's my hair so straight from root to tip, and my hair actually feels softer too! By the way, just so you know, I have black hair that I stopped relaxing almost a year ago. You would never know that my hair was natural and I didn't have a perm. That's how good this works! This size is perfect for my short hairstyle, it heat's quickly, you don't need to use the highest setting, and the ergonomic design helps me to hold the iron with my small hands. Another thing I like about the design is the metal plates don't come all the way to the edge of the iron, so I don't have to worry about the plates coming in contact with my scalp, and the padded lining to protect your fingers is great. I'm considering buying a Chi hairdryer because I like this product so much. I won't ever use any other type of styling iron in my hair. As you can see, I highly recommend this Chi iron and you won't be disappointed.

I hesitated to purchase this flat iron because of the cost, but was tired of damaging my hair with a cheap one. So far I have had no issues. It heats up quickly and smooths my hair out usually with one "pass". It does seem to leave my hair more shiney...this may be because it's new...not sure. I have heard mixed reviews of this product, so I just hope I purchased a "good one" and not a "lemon". Check back in 6 months and we'll see how it's going!

If you are looking for a flat iron this is the one! I had a cheeper version years back and i would always complain it didnt do a great job. My friend let me borrow hers and it was love! She after a few moths had requested it back and i was again on the hunt for a new one. Don't let the price scare you! This iron is worth every penny and then some! It heats up super fast! Leaves your hair smooth , shinny and stright!

I bought this Chi Turbo for my 15 yr. old brother on his birthday. He loved it & uses all the time!!! He likes the red part because your fingers don't get burned. Chi is a wonderful product, I even own a Chi!!!!

This is a great product. I have coarse, thick hair, and it strightens it very well. I would recommend it to anyone. It is a good size in that it is small and easy to handle.

I recently purchased the Chi 3/4" Flat Iron. The Iron heats up fast and straightens my wavy hair with ease. I had purchased the normal drug store brands in the past and they don't even compare to the Chi. This is a quality made product and is worth the expense to buy.

This is my first flat iron and I love it. I was completely amazed at how quickly and easily it straightened my hair. I have very thick wavy hair. I had been wearing it long and letting it air dry for a couple of years... then I got the "Posh Spice Do." I was holding my own with a big curling brush and hair dryer to straighten it, but on humid days or days when I didn't dry it soon enough it just didn't look right. Now, even if I let it air dry, I can get the look that the style dictates. I have color treated hair and it hasn't been damaged by the flat iron. I can also go two days without redoing my hair, I wake up the second day and it looks like I just did it.

After years of buying flat irons,but never parting with the money for a CHI, I'm so glad I eventually did !! This product works really well. I picked the 3/4" as I have short hair, and need to be able to grab small sections of hair and create funky flips, like my sylist does. My stylist uses a CHI and recommended the brand, but the salon sells this model for $135, so the Overstock price is great. It's virtually impossible to burn yourself with this iron, which is amazing, and my hair is so shiny and straight in 1 pass. Would buy another in a heartbeat if this one broke.

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter. Her hair is fairly straight to begin with she just wanted to give it the very straight look that is so popular now. She uses the iron at the medium heat setting and it heats quickly and works great. It has a velvet backing that helps her avoid the "burned" earlobes some of her friends have experienced. The only thing that could make this product better is an auto shut off.

My best friend and I both bought a Chi Turbo from Overstock and they are not even a year old yet and they do not heat up anymore. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I can't believe it happened to two different Chi's ordered from Overstock. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

I purchased this Chi Flat iron for my college bound daughter and she has not stopped raving about it yet! After going through several cheap versions, we found the chi on Overstock and grabbed it....the price was half the retail price anywhere else. The quality, ease of use is well worth it, as the other reviewers say....it heats up quickly, evenly and works like a dream. You will not be disappointed and again Overstock.com has the best price and service around! Thank you!

I could not be any more satified with my CHI. This one is just the right size for daily use - not too heavy or big and clumsy. I was absolutely impressed with the was my hair looks after using the CHI. I had no idea it would make it so soft and full of life. No frizzy mess and it even holds up to a little humidity - let's not expect a miracle! I would buy this exact same one again.

I have thick, coarse hair and this straightener is fabulous! Works perfectly and keeps it straight all day long. Other products cannot even compare. Love it, love it, love it!

I have been very impressed with this flat iron. It is light and easy to use. I have used it to straighten all of my girlfriends hair, even REALLY curly hair, with no problems. It also heats up very quickly, which is a bonus. Do yourself a favor and invest in this awesome product!

I love this product, the price is excellent and the product is to die for. I have recommended this product to everyone I know. as well as Overstock.com. I am planning to purchase another one as a backup. So far not one problem> i have mine for one year now. I love it my husband loves it.
