I recently purchased the Carex knee pillow in an attempt to eliminate sleepless nights due to lower back pain. I was even going to try and buy another mattress even though the one we have know is not very old. I started looking for a solution on the internet and read articles that a pillow kept between you legs could help lower back pain. So I first tried using one of our bed pillows and it worked. The only problem was the size of the pillow do not allow me to turn from side to side especially in the winter with sheets and blankets covering us. I then found out about the Cares knee pillow and compared to others on the market it seemed to meet my requirements. I received it and start to use in immediately. It is fantastic!! No more lower back pain and it is easy to move around the bed without getting tangled up in the sheets. I highly recommend this product to anyone having the same problems that I had.

I do have some back issues. Years ago a Doctor said I should use a knee pillow to keep my back straight while sleeping. Yes, I am a side sleeper and this simple little pillow works wonders. Because of the contours it doesn't slip. and it also helps with knee and leg pain as well as back. This one is a keeper, bought one for my husband too.
