I have had this for over 3 years and still working well

Great product. Leaves hair softer and less frizz. Also came with chi hair products which was a complete surprise!!

My friend had a Chi Flat Iron and I was totally impressed with hers when I used it. I bought my own which included the dryer. The dryer works well, just not as fast as normal dryers, it just seemed to take a lot longer. The flat iron worked well but I still had a bit of frizz build up by the end of the night. This is my 4th flat iron and it is the best one I've had yet. My recommendation is to take very small sections of hair to flatten out --this will take longer but you'll have a better result in the end. Does leave hair very shiny and soft and stays very hot the whole time you are using it. The flat iron is a good buy, but you can do without the dryer.

I waited a while to write the review because I wanted to make sure it was the iron and dryer that made a difference in my hair and not the hair products. I have very curly hair and using this blow dryer shortens my drying time and leaves my hair shinier than "normal" dryers. My daughter whose hair is even curlier than mine absolutely loves the straightner!!! It straightens her hair in record time and leaves it looking shiny. I would have never contemplated spending this kind of money on the dryer/flat iron if it I hadn't tried it in a salon. Expensive but well worth it.

My wife loves it!!! she says her hair is much softer than it has ever been (I will agree with that!)

I have two daughters and all three of us are thrilled with these products. The hairdryer in particular is unbelievable. You can immediately tell the difference when you turn it on and begin to use it. It is a gentle, soft blowdry as compared to any other blowdryer we have ever used. You can immediately tell the difference in the texture and smoothness of your hair - no more frizz or broken ends.
