This is in my opinion one of the best flat irons around. I have very curly hair and it straightens it smooth and shiny unlike others I've tried in the past.

The Chi Nano Flat Iron works very well. It straightens your hair very quickly and leaves it smooth. I was using another flat iron and I felt I had to straighten the same area of hair more than once to get it really straight but then if the weather was humid it would get all frizzy. I have not experienced this after using the Chi Nano. Great product. Buy it!

I love CHI irons but, this one doesn't get as hot as the original chi. Not what I wanted at all.

I was very impressed with the quality of this flat iron. A friend of mine bought the same iron for $175 at Ulta. This is definitely a great deal. It works wonders on your hair!

I am a flat iron junkie and have had many brands over the past few years. The performance of this iron is outstanding -- does not damage the hair and works quickly and efficiently. Only problem is that it isn't completely durable or long-lasting. I had this same exact iron (also bought from Overstock) for less than a year before it shorted out. But I still reccommend it!! Perhaps buying the protection plan is worth it.
