I am a huge fan of Chi Air styling devices and was just adding to my collection with this purchase. I love that I am able to get smaller curls with this one. It is very fast to heat up and takes less than 10 seconds to curl a strand. I do notice the curls last much longer, compared to curling irons I've used in the past. I would highly recommend this product and am so happy with my purchase.

This is an excellent curling iron. I didn't realize when I ordered it that you could choose the temperature digitally. That was an added bonus. It heats up quickly and doesn't seem as harsh on my hair as some other cheaper ones from department stores, etc. The curls hold all day and I would recommend it to anyone who is searching for a new curling iron. The price is worth every bit of this iron. I forgot to mention that it has an extra long cord-I believe 9 feet which is handy if you're sharing a bathroom with someone!

Works great and curls your hair fast! I don't even need to use hairspray to hold the curls.

This was a gift for my daughter and she thought she wanted a 1 inch turns out she wanted a 1.5 inch so I had to return it for the same brand and style except larger barrell.

I was very excited to get this curling iron - my first Chi. I first noticed the auto-shut-off didn't work, but I wasn't used to that anyway. It curls my hair, but after using it for 2 weeks, it's still awkward for me to use. Don't know why. I've curled my hair for years. It's awkward to wrap the hair around the barrel.

The CHI curl in iron curls really well. This curl in iron has several settings to better suit different hair textures. It curls well without leaving you open to damagng your hair.

I purchased one for myself and my daughter used mine and wanted one. This is the second one I have purchased and we are both happy with it. It heats up fast and I feel like it does not burn my hair like other brands so.

Very good quality, but like other reviewers, the tip end doesnt give much to hold onto while curling hair onto and off the rod.

This tool can be somewhat cumbersome to hold. As I roll my hair in the iron I like to hold on with 2 hadns--one on the handle and the other on the tip to control the iron so as to not drop it. The material is somewhat slippery and can be difficult to control; I feel like I am always a second away from burning myself. Hasn't happened yet but the potential seems greater with this unit than with any other that I have used. Forms nice curls/waves. Overall, seems to be just ok.

It's been ages since I bought a curling iron, and they really have advanced a lot--these tourmoline ones leave your hair soft and shiny. I'm not sure I have this one completely figured out yet--it seems to keep shutting off while I'm still using it. Maybe the safety shutoff is confused or something.

Both arrived quickly. (I purchased one each size.) Quality seems good. It was recommended by my hairdresser as the ceramic curling irons seem to work best as they don't pull the hair so much. Nice you can turn down the heat - Hot is lethal on my fragile hair.

This is a great product. Pros outweigh the cons for sure~iron gets very, very hot! I would recommend turning temp down from the default setting of 360.

Wonderful curling iron. Heats in a second, makes long lasting, smooth curls. Worth the money. Between this and the companion hair dryer, I have noticed improvement in my hair texture/health.
