I love to use Burt's Bees shampoos and conditioners two or three days per week. I live in Florida so I need to wash my hair daily. I like to use Burt's bee's every other day or so, then I'm not putting sodium laureth sulfate in my hair every day. IMO these shampoos and conditioners are NOT good to use every day as this may leave hair looking greasy. But I don't think it's a good idea to use ANY shampoo and conditioner exclusively.
