unexpected
I've tried several Burt's Bees products recently and been very satisfied. Until I ordered this foot cream. And, unfortunately, it came in a 3 pack. I didn't see a description other than the name of the product and picture of the tube it comes in. I thought the name was description enough - coconut foot creme. I like the smell but I hate the consistency. I thought creme meant cream, ie, creamy. It does for most products. But in this case it mean greasy. More like ointment than cream. Now, looking at the tube, it talks about all the oils in the product. Apply and cover with socks. I understand. But then you have to scrub all the oily residue off your hands. I just think the name of the product isn't right. Of course, I'm not sure "Coconut oily greasy sticky foot ointment" would sell well!

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? not accurate enough
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. not what I expected
