So far my fiance who has sensitive skin and a really tough beard is very pleased with this. He had tried one other electric shaver a few years ago and was very disappointed in it. This one seems to be really good, easy to clean, and minimal neck irritation after 3 weeks use. He won't give it anything but good rating but I that is because he hates shaving daily! But... girls he is shaving every day or at least every other! Yipee! Love his smooth face!

upgrading my shaver
I have been using an inexpensive rotary shaver for the past couple years. My old shaver would pull our hairs at times. This new braun shaver has not painfully pulled out any hairs. The trimmer works really well. I am not getting as close as a shave as I did with my old shaver but I read that it takes time to adjust to a new shaver. I like the auto clean functionality but it does make quite a bit of clicking noises. It has had no problems if I go a couple days without shaving. I would definitely recommend this shaver.
