It works well for me because I have been knicked near my nose by rotery shavers and have had to use the ED to stauch the bleeding via cauterization.

Everything was great with the transaction. My only complaint was the time of delivery. It took 12 days to receive delivery of mu purchase.

This razor is built to last
I bought this shaving system to replace my old Braun Syncro 7000 series shaver because it was a bit on the heavy side, a little hard to hold, the charging unit had been broke for a couple years and I was due to replace the cutter head. This new shaver is far and away better than the old one. I had no need to worry. This 570cc shaver has a BIGGER shaving head. Yes! Along with an improved middle cutting mechanisim.. It is still very solid but a little less heavy and far more comfortable and ergonomic in the hand. It is quieter and the head unit moves along with the contours of your face much better as well. It give a very close and comfortable shave. Braun also updated the charger and that is much improved and hopefully will last longer than the old one. I only run the shaver through the clean cycle about every 3 shaves which is what Braun recommends. There is also a reminder light on the unit to show you when to clean it as well. I got a great deal on Overstock.com on this item to boot! For those of you with a previous Braun like I had and have read reviews and are very worried about upgrading and spending the money, do not be concerned! You will be very, very satisfied. It is a big improvement.
