back support
I bought this cushion for my dad who is 83. Also bought a memory foam seat cushion to put with it and my dad loves them. The motor is a little loud on this back support if you have the vibration on but otherwise it provides support for those of us with low back pain and also is comfortable.

The cushion part is fine, but...
I only had the item in my office for a couple of days before the strap that is to hold the cusion in place pulled away from the seam on the cushion. The cushion itself is find and the massaging is nice, but I'm going to have to repair the strap (will mostly likely extend it with some heavy duty elastic strapping before sewing the seam closed again - the company producing this product should consider using firm elastic banding, too).
