I love this product. Overstock sells it at an excelent price. However, when it ships it comes in two boxes. The salt lamp is in one, and that box seems broken down. That box is in another box surrounded by packing popcorn. I ordered this for my boyfriends birthday, and when it arrived one side of the lamp had obviously been cracked. The color that was cracked was much different from the rest of the lamp, and you could feel the actual crack. I was disapointed, and contacted overstock--they were EXCELLENT with sending me a replacement. I could not give overstock a better praise. The second one that was sent out also had damage from shipping. But I decided to keep it anyway. It is an excellent product, I just wish they could come up with better packing.

I purchased 4, the spherical, pyramid, natural and cylinder. They are AWESOME !I was somewhat anxious to see what they would look like with a light in them, all I had on hand was 7 watt night light bulbs. ( 25 watt candelabra light recommended ) Even with the small bulb these lamps are incredibly beautiful. There is no way for a picture to do them justice, it is certainly something you would have to see to believe.The lights have been placed on alternating shelves of my entertainment center, what a magnificent addition they are to the decor. I can hardly wait to pick up the 25 watt bulbs tomorrow, I find it hard to believe that they could be any more beautiful than they currently are but time will tell.I plan to purchase more for other rooms of my home and several as Christmas gifts this year. With Overstock.com's great shipping rate I will be shipping them direct, these lights are heavy!If you purchase these lights, you will not be sorry.

The lamp was just what I needed; a warm glow to light a dark, often passed through room, during our long north eastern winter evenings. The power supply to the lamp is removable. During shipping, the light bulb socket was damaged. Upon notification, Overstock shipped immediately, a new cord/light socket. As always, I was very satisfied with the product, and most impressed with the excellent customer service.

This salt lamp is very nice-however I have seen other salt lamps for less money - but not in this round shape! Overall, quite a nice piece.

I ordered 3 of these.....I kept one and gave the other two as gifts to my daughters. The variation in colors is really neat, we just LOVE them!

This gives a great glow to the bedroom. Better yet, it has reduced my husband's allergy symptoms considerably. He has been really surprised as he doesn't 'believe in' anything that doesn't come with a prescription.

I really like it but - the inside shipping box was coming apart, no instructions, no bulb (2 trips to get the right size - 15w). However, it does like very nice on the mantel of the corner fireplace and I have it turned on every day.

What a stunning, and unusual, light this salt lamp creates! It makes me think of a glowing Jupiter. I love it! (P.S. I tasted it, and it really IS made of salt!)

I love this product. I have purchased this for my friends birthday and for myself. She loved it, and I love it. It glows in orange in the dark and makes room look warm and soft. Only thing is that it's sooooo heavy. It was so much heavier than I expected, I dropped it when I took it out from the box and now it's not in a perfect shape. I still love it thought.

Lamp arrived sooner than expected in a beaten up box, but contents were perfect and the lamp is much nicer and heavier than expected. It looks wonderful with a 4 watt nightlight bulb as well as the higher 15 watt bulb. I haven't tried a 25 watt bulb because I don't need it that bright. It gives a wonderful warm glow that you can admire it from every seat in the room. Would definitely make a unique gift item too.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She says it is the best gift ever, because it stopped her husband and dogs from snoring! They love it so much that they will buy several more for other rooms.

Absolutely gorgeous salt lamp! It is actually better in person than depicted. It has great variations that are really beautiful when lit. Base is wooden and I have seen similar lamps for double this price and not as big or beautiful! Definetely would recommend to anyone. I set this up in the bathroom and it is a wonderful night light and gives off a healthy aura. Do not hesitate to buy!
