The case itself is solid and seems to be well constructed and durable which is good. However, the handle is covered in some pleather or like material that is glued on. A piece of the handle came unglued and fell off within days. Now without that piece the ugly raw edges show where the material was glued on. Would have been better with a metal handle :(
Okay, This looks like a fairly substantial case, but it's actually quite small. Fortunately, all my prosthetics, eyeliners and base creams fit into it perfectly, so, I guess I'm happy with it. Check the measurements before you buy. I kinda like how the mirror flips up and reveals the top shelf. You can use that to do quick stuff with your most used items, then open the case to get at the second shelf and larger bottom case. Fairly cheap make from China; mine arrived with the inside lining already unglued. A little gorilla glue took care of it, but that's generally the sort of thing I prefer to wait more than a year to have to do. *sigh*
