COMPARED TO THE CHI IRON THIS ONE WORKS BETTER. EVEN IN THE FLORIDA HUMIDITY MY HAIR STAYS FLAT ALL DAY.

I have not used this product as I also purchased a CHI flat iron and started using that.

I purchased this in sept for a bday present for my daughter and a Overstock bargin price,(now I know Why). I gave this to her this am and the flat iron doesnt even turn on!!! i contacted overstock and was told due to it being over 30 days im unable to return it for a refund. I never imagined this wouldnt work right out of the box. Well i can mail it back my cost , they will inspect it and i might get back a few bucks.I am VERY disapointed in this since now it will cost me more to return it, im out the original cost and im not going to get a replacement or money back. has anyone else encountered any problens with this? I guess i wont be shoppiong overstock anymore....

The Biosilk flat iron that I had been using for a year and a half started having problems with it's cord and wouldn't maintain power; so I wanted to replace it with the same brand. When I got this one and tried it.... nothing, nada, zilch. Never able to get it to work. It seems like the test/reset button on it don't work... (can't hear it click). Sending it back :(

I bought this iron thinking that given the reviews and the price, it would be a good purchase. I was disappointed with the product. I have curly hair and have used some not so great irons that leave kinks and some great irons that leave me with straight soft hair. This product is in the no so great range. It leaves kinks and does not offer the results which I hoped for given the price and the reviews.

This works as well as my old chi for a lot less money. Highly recommend it.

I purchased the Biosilk flat iron upon recommendation from my hair dresser and the fact that it's made by the same company as the CHI flat iron. I also have a hair dryer from Farouk and love it. The Biosilk looks good, fits easily into the hand, lightweight & easy to use. This is my first flat iron so I'm still getting adjusted to using it but I'm finding it's easy to use, works well and is a good product for less money than the Chi.

the product works well. i love the various heat settings. the biosilk flat iron is also durable.

this straightners great you'll love it! works as well as the chi maybe because its made by farouk as well! but more affordable. overstock always have the best price!!
