After the first night I slept deeper and more sound. I felt more relaxed when I awoke. The oil solution did cause some break-out on my face but nothing too drastic.

Kind of a waste of money. Really cheap and flimsy feeling. Shows no sign that the mask works. The bottle of serum included is nice though. Also the mask is cheap plastic and totally claustrophobic feeling.

Item doesn't have the "liquid core" that it claims it does, doesn't mold to your face either. So not worth the money it cost.
