I did my research and really took into account the reviews that people had left regarding all the products I was considering buying. This product was by far the most well reviewed flat iron. Nearly everyone highly reviewed it and gave it 5 stars. Even people that had these for years and were replacing them couldn't say enough good things about them...I was sold, so I bought one. So far so good! I love that i can set the heat for as high or low as I'd like and it curls as well as straightens. I feel as though I've made a great decision!

The brush set I ordered was what I was hoping for. The quality is what I hoped for. It's a exciting set and makes me proud to take it out and use in mixed company and people around when I open it to use seem to take a moment to observe it and it neatness. I found the price for it as well as how it was packaged to be great. It has a sophisticated look about it as well. I was extremely pleased with my product when it arrived and I opened it up. One thing that disappointed me was that it arrived with another order from you, my over 100 eye shadow case, at least 4 of the colors were broken and sitting on top of other colors in the case, one side of the cases hinge was broken as well. I was to say the least upset. It's more trouble to send it back so I just kept it and try not to look at it. The way it was packaged I can see why it was damaged, it came by itself. I received two 88 piece eye shadow sets that came together and they were fine.
This is the 3rd CHI dryer I've purchased. The first broke just shy of one year and the second broke in six months. I would not have purchased again, but I bought and returned two other blow dryers in the meantime that did not work as well on my fine hair as this one does. So, I finally decided to buy it again, with the 2 yr warranty. I expect it to break again, but honestly notice a difference in how my hair styles using the CHI in comparison to others, so I guess I will deal with it until I find something of better quality. Its too bad the manufacturers haven't found a solution and made an upgrade, because this is clearly a common problem.
