VERIFIED PURCHASEI had a waitress who has beautiful mascaraed lashes. I asked her the brand and whe stated BLINC. Its a very nice mascara with no clumps. I did not like this version of BLINC as (even in description) is water resistent and VERY difficult to remove. It does not smudge but I need a product that removes a little easier........ not for me.
