I decided to buy an flat-iron of my own when my daughter took her Chi with her to college. I like this iron better than the Chi. It has different heat levels, really heats up quickly, and leaves hair smooth and sleek. When my daughter came home to visit, she used my iron and was really envious!! If I were to buy another, I'd probably buy a 1-inch instead of the 1 1/2-inch. But this is truly a great buy, and I couldn't believe how quickly it shipped--I ordered on Mon eve. and it arrived Wed afternoon.

I had a chi before this iron and it was good to me for eight years but this iron is way better and was much cheeper. It heats up so fast and make my hair so beautiful. I love it and would reccomend it highly!!!

This is a great flat iron. I am a hair stylist and use this iron very frequently. This is the best investment that I've ever made. I've had one for a while and just bought one for my sister. It doesn't "tear" your hair up like other irons do. Hair looks healthy. Always apply a product prior to using the iron to protect against heat. Gives great shine.
