  • Good for cystic acne

    I've never written a review for a product, but this has really helped me already. When I was young I did a round of Accutane medication, and for a long time I haven't had problems with acne. In the last few years it has come back. My dermatologist recommended that I do Accutane again, but I want to have children soon so it was out of the question. My mother got me a month long pass to a spa in town that had a red light bed. I went and saw an improvement in my skin right away. When the month ran out I decided to try this product. The combination of the blue light and red light have done a lot to heal the deep blemishes and keep new ones from forming. I don't know if this will work on small pimples, but for deep and painful cystic acne it quickly reduces the swelling. It is time consuming, but most of my problem acne is along my chin and jaw line so I am able to watch TV in the evening while doing the treatment.

    I was fully ready for it not to work as advertised; but on the contrary, it works as advertised! It helped to reduce some hormonal breakouts and recent acne scars.     Adult acne is no fun! This little outfit is easy to use and has helped. You cannot get impatient , follow the directions and continue with daily treatments. The only way your hands should be on your blemishes is with this lite in tow. Red light is the light that kills bacteria . You would think it would be warm...however, it is quite cool to the touch. I always have it with me on trips , you never know when the stress will show up on your face! I have found that if I use it at the very 1st sign of a possible blemish...it helps .
