I bought these for my darling disabled 9 year old son. We are looking for a comfortable, not gigantic, diaper. These diapers are terrible. They may be comfortable when they are dry (my son is unable to communicate, so I do not know), but they do not hold much urine at all. We change my son's diapers at least 8 times during the day, and even that is not enough with these diapers. They leak every single time. They were a great price, but are not worth all the extra laundry! Their absorbency is terrible! My son is 55 lbs and about 50 inches long. Maybe these would work better for a smaller child. They do fit him nicely, but that is the only good thing I can say.Thanks for your time!

I decided to give these a go due to incontinence issues since I'm really small and mediums / are way to big on me. And I'm tight on money atm and the ones I bought were only XX bux for 96. I have to say they really suck. they fit perfect but they're super uncomfortable when even just dam let alone wet, i usually use high quality diapers and u can be soaked and desperate need to change and STILL feel dry. And they leak really really bad. I don't suggest using these diapers unless u want to do ALOT of laundry.

i have an 8 years old some with Cerebal Palsy and his school had extra diapers and i thought they were wonderful even though they arent breatheable then have the plastic out lining which prevents any leaks. if you change them properly and tape them from bottom up you will love them as much as we do although we will be moving to a bigger size real soon

I purchased these diapers for my 7 year old niece that suffered a massive heart attack in September. She has been left with some brain damage, hense the diapers. Her mom said that they leak fluid everytime she uninates. I wished I had read the previous review before I ordered. I would not recommend these diapers.
