These pads are long enough to handle both urinary and fecal incontinence in minor to moderate levels. They fit well in the underwear with adhesive tabs on each end. The pads are rectangular with no hourglass shape so that they can become somewhat uncomfortable, although not intolerable, when bunching between the legs.The elasticized sides can be helpful for bladder incontinence, but can fold inward and interfere with fecal incontinence. For that reason, one may fold the elasticized sides under, using a small portion of the adhesive tabs on the back to hold them in place under the pad.

These are perfect for my Mom who needs assistance. We use them with light-weight pull-ups and are able to discard these when soiled which is much easier than changing the pull-ups.
