I forgot that I preferred the XL Adult briefs with the breathable sides. They hold more fluid than this product. Also the tabs tear the product if you need to adjust them whidh can be inconvienent. Since they do not hold as much as the product I had been using there is some overflow if you do not change them often enough. At night this can be difficult to monitor.

The padding in this diaper is a bit low. It doesnt hold a very large bowel movement. But it mananges for daytime use. I wouldnt wear this at night mainly because the lack of leak guards. I use this diaper for daytime use mainly. I'm an active 24yr old that needs something that won't fall apart. The other issue is that i overlook for the most part is the Micro-Pore lining. It wicks moisture very very well away from the skin making you always fee dry, but when warm outside it will stick to your skin also. Overall I love this for daytime use!
