I care for a paralyzed bed-bound parent & am always trying to find good products. This pad is thick and covers the area needed. It is basically an adult fitted brief without the tabs to fasten it - which is best for bed bound patients (no risk of the tab tearing fragile skin). I was surprised at how large they were. I was expecting just a larger Poise type pad. Theses are full sized diapers without the tabs & are great for overnight use. You have to experiment to see what's best for your needs of course, but as a caregiver, I can say that these are a good quality underpad/diaper combo.

For use with an adult diaper, these liners give extra protection unavailable in any of the diapers available either through medical supply stores, hospitals, or standard store brands.

• How did the image on site compare with the actual product? The image is a problem. There are three types of liners, each with a different weight and absorbency. The blue-backed and the yellow-backed liners are very similar, including the amount per package. Therefore, it's sometimes a surprise which item arrives.
