For the price, this is a really good adult diaper. Absorbancy is decent, however if you wet more than once and then sit down, there is some press out, I ran into this at dinner a couple days ago. The cloth-like outer cover lends itself to this; with the tradeoff being they are quiet and private. I would recommend wearing plastic pants with these, but otherwise a really good value for the money on Overstock

The Attends Extended Wear is the top of the line Attends product for the US market and are better than the other Attends products in my opinion. These diapers have good absorbency and are comfortable with their cloth-like outer covering and "breathable" sides, but lack inner leak guards or waist elastics. This makes them leak-prone for side sleepers or folks who are wheelchair bound.

This product is definitely more absorbent and thicker than the Attends 6-tabs + waistband product, however, the padding does tend to shift more than other brands on the market which was a disappointment. The fabric tapes seem to work well, and are re-positionable since they're similar to velcro. The price per brief appears to be quite high and puts this product as of the most expensive on the market for absorbency - yet the product doesn't live up to the price point. Another observation, it is difficult to tell when the product is saturated enough to warrant a change, perhaps because the padding is fluffier / less gel or because of the fabric shell.
