  Heats well, and is pretty squishy/comfy. It's difficult to tell from the product photo, but this is just a rectangular pad with two elastic straps on either end, that slip over the ends of your bed to secure it. I think I would have preferred corner straps, but this is fine. It takes a long time for this to process and ship.

  The table is good- sturdy, well padded, well built. However- the board at the head and foot of the table make is so you cant pull your knees under when seated, and you will bump your knees every time you try to kneel for foot massage. The face cradle is adjustable, which is nice, and the table is a good "beginning table".... but I probably wouldn't purchase it again because of the boards.

  The leather on the chair is very good quality. It is a very large chaise, easily can fit two. I am not impressed with the operation of the chair. There is a remote to operate the chair which must be pointed directly at the control box which is very near the bottom of the chair. If you are in the chair you must lean over and under the chair to point the remote which basically you could just make the changes in the settings from the control box. Very bad design. The chair does not respond consistently when prompting the control box. I have to make several attempts to change settings. Overall, I do feel relaxed because of the vibrations, not convinced if the chair does what is advertised. Also, I find the vibrations noisy, (It is possible because the chair is on hardwood floors). For me the mechanics and ease of use overrides the beauty of the chair for me. If not a hassle to repack I would return.

  For the money it is fine, but not really a very powerful massager. I had one from ***that stopped working and was trying to replace it -- but the Conair falls short. If I had paid more then I would have returned it. Guess I shouldn't have expected so much for the price.
