Works well so far
I haven't tried full-on haircuts, but for trims and touch-ups this has worked very well. Battery power is sufficient, and easy to use corded as well. Haven't been using it long enough to provide feedback on battery life. Comes with all the usual attachments, and it's easy to clean and lubricate. good buy for the price.

Not the quality one should expect from Andis
I have to say that this trimmer is garbage, it has a weak motor and a completely defective battery. I charged my trimmer for more than 24 hours and within 10 minutes of the first use, not only did the motor not power the clipper well enough to trim my hair, the battery completely died. Seeing as how this is the second Andis trimmer I've tried in the last year with battery issues, I'd suggest staying away from buying anything from them.

I bought this andis for my dad just to give it a try. He has used it many times and he's satisfied with it. Recommended.

Versatile Beaut!
This is a gorgeous clipper. Very sleek and light. Does everything you need from a clipper. The added functionality of being both corded and cordless is a welcome bonus. Highly recommended!

Garbage
Garbage if you want to use this as a cordless. Charged all night as instructions asked. I was cutting my hair in the morning, held charge for about 5 seconds. Absolutely useless as cordless. Too bad, because otherwise its a good design, quiet, and cuts nice and even with the cord on. However, when deciding on purchase "Cordless" was the main factor.
