I bought this mattress because I am paralyzed from the waist down and must use cushioning when I am in bed to avoid pressure sores. This is perfect except that it is extremely hard to close up after airing the mattress up. I am still unable to get it to stay at the air level that would be ideal for me, but I do use it anyway. Not having enough air in it makes it difficult for me to move myself around on it.
