This stethoscope looks really nice , co workers stop me all the time asking where did you get . Looks nice but not the best when listening to breath sounds. This one is better for a student. I think ill go back to littman.

Can wear around my neck the entire shift without making my neck and shoulders sore. Very lightweight and can hear very well for the purpose i need it for, ex: lung and heart sounds.

great price for nice unit. Not for specailized cardio use but great for student nursing clinicals
