22 Percent Teeth Bleaching/ Whitening Gel - 5pk

I've been using this strength of gel for about two years now, ordering it here. I use it with the strips that are already coated with gel but the OTC strips' peroxide strength is less and the coating is skimpy. I buy a huge chainstore's generic brand of whitening kit so the overall cost really isn't very expensive, considering the excellent price here.I just coat each strip with a good amount to cover it and press into place. I don't use so much that I waste it by it oozing out of the strip when I'm applying & pressing them firmly into place.The recommended time to leave this strength on is no more than one hour.I have sensitive teeth but this does not bother them as I follow up with a mouthwash that has remineralizing properties. I try to leave it in my mouth, swishing it around, for a full five minutes.The sryinges of gel that are not in use I keep in the fridge.I knocked this rating down because there are no instructions with it but really, let common sense be the guide. Ease of operation is a bit tricky at first until you get the hang of how best to work it.
