The delay from pressing the key to sound is frustrating, and the support from the company was sketchy and incomplete. the software for learning is very very good however. Disappointing product
- How often do you shop at Overstock.com? Weekly
One key was broken when I received it. I have had a hard time getting it installed to play on my computer and it was not made clear that there was no power supply along with it. I have to buy a power supply if I want to play it without using my computer. The joy of receiving it was soon abolished.
