Personalized note was not included with gift order

My rating does NOT reflect the product only the way the gift was mishandled by O. I had read the reviews and saw that an other person had said there was not an acknowledgement included in the order. When I placed my order, there was a section that gave me the chance to enter message to the people I had bot this for. My friends got a certified letter stating that their membership will begin next month. They called O and said they did not order a membership. They said that they practically had to give a blood sample to get info out of the person they spoke to.
The person at O said that I had not put a note with the order (which I had). My friends finally found out that I sent it (not even that it was my husband and myself).
This is NOT acceptable. When a gift is sent and the buyer puts in info so that the recipient knows what's going on, that should be included in ALL correspondence to the gift recipient.
I like this website alot but will not recommend it for gift giving until this ...
