I really was impressed with the high-quality look and feel of this jewelry box. The recipient of the gift was also delighted - it is substantial in weight and while I'm not a "glossy" finish person, the recipient is and just loves it. This jewelry box is quite striking in appearance. It is well made with a lot of attention to detail, and the finish is beautiful. The only negative is that the two drawers are a bit undersized considering the size and weight of this piece. However, overall, this Jewelry box makes a fine gift.
