It's said that you never get a second chance to make a first impression. Well, Overstock.com achieved and surpassed the boundaries of that old adage. On Mother's Day 2009, I placed this similar order with the company, and I would say the results were dreadful. Wilted flowers, broken stems...you could not have had a more epic failure, and Overstock was quick in their response to the problem and offered a full refund.This consideration compelled me to order once more, this time for my wife's birthday. I was hesitant to her of the floral package, and I was apprehensive enough to query the Live Chat representataive about the surety of my order.The flowers were perfect and she absolutely loved the arrangement. I've been asked by several people what florist provided such an array of beautiful in-season roses. I'm a loyal customer and keep the successes coming!
The flowers were almost dead when they arrived. I was going to call you to let you know and I didn't because I said to myself that I was not going to buy anymore flowers from your company. This is the second time I bought flowers from your company and the flowers don't even last 2 days. I am not going to buy anymore flowers from Overstock.
I have ordered roses from Overstock before and been very pleased. These are small roses, they are fresh and the colors are nice, however they are not large. For the price they are okay. I would of preferred to pay more for regular/large roses.
These roses were perfect. I sent them as a birthday gift and she was delighted. I ordered a second package for another friend and he said the same. The flowers were a hit! Delighted they were fresh, the buds were beginning to open ~ a perfect gift
