Worst purchase from Overstock ever!
I received this product not once but TWICE. The first time, the saucer portion of the mug was damaged so I contacted Overtstock.com and asked that they only send the Ceramic Mug as a replacement since the item was a live plant and I did not want to return it. They did and the replacement item was worse than the first shipment. The second shipment was even more damaged than the first! It wasn't worth sending back, reporting or contacting Overstock.com for yet a third time but I do not appreciate being out now $30.00 spent on this mug!
- How accurate was the sizing? Accurate
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The actual plant itself was fine.
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? The ceramic mug???!! This question is laughable! NO.
