Very disappointing . Gave as Christmas gift. When I asked about it, they hesitated and said I hope you didn't pay much for it. Just not much to it, tiny packs of mediocre cheap snack food. Not what the ad represented.

Everything was great except this is second year in a row that Overstock forgot to include the gift note such that folks receiving the package knew who it came from . Come on Overstock , its such a tiny detail that costs you nothing , stop forgetting this or you force mne to go elsewher next year

When I ordered the basket for a friend who recently moved to Georgia, I did not see a place to add a card. When I called customer service, they told me to cancel the order and resend. They also told me where to find the place to add a card. I followed the directions and added a card with my name and message. When my friend received the basket their was no card and no indication of who sent it. She called the company and they would not tell her, because of security reasons. She was asking people if they sent it. Finally weeks later, I asked if she had received a basket . This is not a good way to do business.

I sent this gift basket to my mother for mothers day. I accidently wrote the incorrect street numbers to my moms address. I knew this because she said she never got the package. So, I called overstock customer service, and I was floored by how great they were, which is unheard of these days. First, I was connected to someone almost immediately. Secondly the very nice girl on the phone understood MY mistake, and said she would see what she could do. Within 15 minutes, I get a call back from the same girl, and she said they were going to send my mom another basket, and did not charge me a cent. I couldn't believe it, considering it was my mistake. I have bought an area rug from overstock too, and had great results. I really think this is a great company and run the business the way they should.

Well, I actually didn't get to see the basket personally. I have been talking to a man for 10 months at the time. It was a Valentines Day gift for him. He has two children, his oldest is diabetic. I wanted to send something that they could all enjoy. It had a little bit of everything, sweets to crackers. He did call me and said he got the basket and he loved it. I had it delivered to his place of work. Knowing that he shared with his kids, and that it was delivered to his job was wonderful. Overstock.com is the best place.
