Big flavors
The all natural flavors jump out at you and the presentation is wonderful. The balsamic is so rich in flavor and consistence. You only need a little of these products to go a long way.

Flavored Vinegars
I like the vinegar and would have scored it a perfect 5 were it not for the way the tops of the bottles were wrapped. Cutting through the plastic wasn't easy and it pulled the cap off slopping some product onto the counter. Being pleased with the size of the bottles, I wanted to order more for gifts, but they were no longer available. As a cook myself, I would prefer this type of specialty ingredient over your standard gift basket. The flavors are very nice. I do recommend the products, just be careful when opening.
