I purchased two Spa Essential Gift Basket(s) as gifts. The products sent were not as
advertised. Instead of receiving a bottle of Green Tea Bubble Bath from The Essential Gift Basket it was replaced with a bottle of Cucumber Melon Bubble Bath from the Ashton Collection along with body lotion from the Ashton Collection which should have been from the Essential Collection. I am very disappointed with this order especially due to the difference in the price range However; I would recommend the both products received (Spa Essential and Ashton Collection)on their own.
This was a gift I sent to my Aunt in a nursing home. I did not see the gift (Spa Essential Gift Basket). She was happy with it, but disappointed because she did not know who sent it to her. There was no card or note saying where it came from. I especially asked when I ordered it that it include a message and whom sent it. She and I were both disappointed.
