Smithfield Ham makes our Thanksgiving & Christmas!
Originally from VA, we moved to FL a few years ago. The first Thanksgiving I went on a search for my beloved thin sliced, salt cured Smithfield Ham. To my dismay, it could not be found at any supermarket in SWFL. Overstock to the rescue! One slice on a warm sweet potato biscuit with butter is pure heaven. If you have never tried it please be aware that it is super salty, which is why it is sliced very thin. I also use it in my New Year's Day black eyed peas instead of bacon...yummm!
